	Why can't I retrieve my ecards using an AOL browser?

Our site functions well with Netscape 4.0 and its updated versions and IE 5.0 and its subsequent versions. People using AOL, Compuserve, GNN may encounter problems while using our site. We suggest the following:

• We provide a direct link to the card URL for AOL users. This special link for AOL members can be used to successfully retrieve your card.
• Use browsers such as Netscape or Internet Explorer to visit our site and successfully view all cards.
• If you are an AOL or Compuserve user, try accessing our site during low traffic hours (at US Pacific Standard Time).
